Sunnyvale CA Butcher’s Corner Draft EIR
The 5.1-acre site is located at 871 East Fremont Avenue. The project site was previously an unincorporated “island” within Santa Clara County. The City of Sunnyvale City Council approved the annexation of the project site into the city limits in October 2015. Future development on the project site is subject to the standards prescribed by the City’s General Plan, Municipal Code, and other City regulations. Continue reading
