Peery Park Specific Plan Community Workshop January 21

The third community workshop for the Peery Park Specific Plan will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at the Washington Park Community Room from 6:30-9 p.m.

This workshop will focus on traffic impacts, transportation demand management (TDM), and the general framework for the specific plan. The workshop will also include a group exercise following the presentation and Q&A.

Peery Park and Moffett Park Public Comments Needed_Draft SEIR Hearing Oct 14

The City of Sunnyvale Staff has included the October 14  Planning Commission Hearing as an additional method for the public to comment on the (Item 2) Draft SEIR for the Moffett Place Project, (1152 Bordeaux Drive). Also on the agenda is (Item 1.B) 433 North Mathilda – Peery Park. 

What? No CEQA EIR for Sunnyvale Peery Park needed?_Council Agenda Oct 8

The Sunnyvale Peery Park LinkedIn Building is a massive 560,000 square foot – four building project. Bizjournal reports the city records show the same developer, DiNapoli, is seeking review for the design of another six-story, 233,400-square-foot building with a four-level parking structure at 767 N. Mathilda Ave. 

City Council Meeting Oct 8_Butchers Corner and Peery Park EIR

Community advocates are requesting your participation in the Oct 8th City of Sunnyvale Council 7:00pm Meeting.

Butcher’s Corner is 4th on the agenda – Discussion and Possible Action on Adoption of Resolutions to Approve the Annexation. The staff recommends Council find the project is categorically exempt from CEQA and postpone the annexation.
